The Quill traveled with this group of ladies to the world famous Glenn Miller Orchestra concert at Canton High School in April. The music was wonderful and nostalgic. The band will be back in the midwest Oct. 17th in Fairfield, Iowa and June 9, 2016, will be at Coralville Center in Coralville, IA..
Nick Hilscher is a first rate singer of the American Songbook. He began his professional career in his teens, playing piano and singing in the Atlanta, GA area. He graduated from Samford University in the spring of 2000 with a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance, taking a year off to travel with the Glenn Miller Orchestra. He is now the leader of the Glenn Miller Orchestra.
