Troy Andrews of Trophy Club, Texas (formerly of Stronghurst) has taken on the position of Chief Executive Officer of a new company Paradigm Energy Partners, LLC, ("Paradigm") in Dallas, Texas.

Paradigm Energy Partners, LLC is a midstream company focused on providing flexible custom gathering, storage, and transport solutions for crude oil and gas producers in the Williston Basin of North Dakota, and the Eagle Ford Shale of South Texas.

They provide a full array of midstream services, backed by a management team with extensive experience in the design, construction and operation of pipelines, storage and processing for crude oil, natural gas, and NGLs.

Paradigm is backed by the resources and expertise of an equity partner, Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners (a New York-based infrastructure investment firm).

The partnership shares a long-term view on value creation and the development of energy infrastructure assets in the continental United States.

Stonepeak invests in businesses comprised of hard assets with leading market positions primarily in the following sectors:

Energy, Power & Renewables, Transportation, Utilities, Water & Communications. Stonepeak manages $1.7 billion of capital for its investors.

Troy Andrews, graduated from Southern High School in Stronghurst in 1985, and Central College, Pella, Iowa in 1989 with a degree in Business Administration.

He went on to get his Masters Degree in Kansas City while working for Williams Pipeline.

He has more than 25 years' experience in the Oil and Gas industry in the US and Canada, with a focus on Refined Fuels, Natural Gas Liquids, Ethanol, Crude and Natural Gas.

His industry background includes Executive Management roles at Aux Sable Midstream and Lansing NGL Services, as well as SemStream, where he led propane supply and logistics across North America, and was involved in the construction of an NGL pipeline near Sidney, MT, and led the construction of a second NGL facility near Dore, ND.

His career began at The Williams Companies where he spent 17 years in terminal operations, pipelines, business development, supply/logistics and energy trading.

Andrews' began his job as CEO on January 1, 2014 and with the help of his team, is building his company from the ground up.

Troy with his wife Erica and three daughters Noah, Sydney, and Sophia have moved from Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to their new home in Trophy Club, Texas, a suburb of Dallas.

On March 26, 2014, "Paradigm" announced the execution of a gathering contract that will anchor the build-out of an expansive gathering system extending from the Charleson Field of northern McKenzie County, ND, south to market take-away located in and around Johnson's Corner.

Paradigm has partnered with Stonepeak Infrastructure Partners ("Stonepeak"), who has committed to fund the Charleson Field gathering and transport system, as well as other energy infrastructure projects in the Bakken and Eagle Ford Shales, and expects to deploy an initial $200 million in the projects.

The initial financing will be used to support Paradigm's build-out in McKenzie County, but the partnership's expectations will be to increase the capital commitment as the company executes its substantial midstream build-out in both North Dakota and South Texas.

"Paradigm" also announced the planned construction of a new 12-inch multi-market pipeline in the heart of the Bakken Shale, a significant oil formation in the Williston Basin underlying parts of Montana, North Dakota, and Saskatchewan. The pipeline expected to come on line this year, adding up to 120,000 barrels per day of crude oil take-away capacity from McKenzie County.
