According to Brad Flatt of rural Media, Thursday, October 23rd was "Just another day in paradise."
At least that was his reaction after he was called to the Bank of Stronghurst corner where one of his semis had tipped going around the corner of Broadway and Main streets on its way to the Stronghurst Grain & Mdse. elevator.
Luckily for everyone, the load of beans did not spill onto the street, and a crew was able to transfer the beans into another semi for the trip to the elevator.
Then, with a forklift, the semi's trailerbed was lifted back onto its proper place and connected securely to get back to the business of hauling in the crops.
