Meet your neighbor Timothy Walker of Warsaw.

Tim was born on December 5, 1969 in Waverly, Iowa.

The family moved a lot when he was younger and finally settled in Warsaw in 1986.

He graduated from Warsaw High School in 1988 and then attended Wartburg college in Waverly.

Tim's father Gary Walker, lives in Waverly, Iowa, where Gary started a metal recycling and auto salvage with his father, Charlie, in 1950 still runs (Walker's Auto Salvage).

Tim's brother, Jeff and his wife, Reva, lives in Quincy, They both have two children from previous marriages.

Tim is engaged to Crystal Lozano, 29 and they have plans to be married in 2016.

Crystal grew up in Fort Madison, IA, before moving to Warsaw and graduating from Warsaw High School.

Tim has two adorable Labrador Retrievers named Lucky and Riley.

Tim started a consumer protection website in 2001 called MovingScam.com under the corporation Consumers First Corp, the company which employs him and his brother Jeff.

Jeff and Tim started a new company in January called NuggetWeb.com to help small and home-based businesses set up their own website to sell their products and services online.
