Meet your neighbor and Illini West Shelbyjo Tweedell of Carthage.
Shelbyjo was born on December 3, 1995 across the Mississippi River in the hospital at Keokuk, Iowa and has lived in Carthage her entire life.
She is the daughter of Patricia and Mike Tweedell who both work at Griffin Wheel in Keokuk, Iowa.
Shelbyjo has one older brother, Jesse who is married and lives in Keokuk. He and his wife have two little girls, Jessanie (7) and Justien (5).
Shelbyjo's grandparents are David and Jeri Brownlee and Grandma Frances Tweedell. David and Jeri live in Warsaw and Frances lives in Carthage. All are retired.
Shelbyjo has worked at the Subway in Hamilton for over two years. In her spare time she likes to hang out with her friends and boyfriend. She likes to watch movies and just have fun.
Shelbyjo is on the honor roll at Illini West and has a 3.35 GPA. She will graduate from IW in May of 2014.
She plans to attend Western Illinois University.
