Mariah and Skyler Pence were married September 1, 2013, in an outdoor setting at the Pence farm. This was her dream wedding. She designed and made her own bouquets. Skyler made the alter for them. They even have pictures of deer visiting the wedding sight.

Mariah and Skyler are truly blessed to have one daughter, Adalynn Kay Pence, born July 11, 2011. She is the center of their family.

Mariah's favorite vacation was her first vacation with Skyler and Adalynn as a family to South Dakota to tour and visit relatives in 2012.

Mariah, Skyler and Adalynn bought the home of Mrs. Viola Miller in Terre Haute. Mariah has had fun decorating it in rustic decor to go with the wainscoting wood throughout the home.

Skyler has remodeled the kitchen and with his brothers updated some of the rooms.

They have chickens and raise them for fresh eggs and meat.

Remington is their black lab, that is full of energy.

Mariah and Skyler bought Christi Johnson Fox's Salon in La Harpe last spring. They have been remodeling and getting ready to open when Mariah graduates this next week. She will be a full service salon, with cuts, color, styling, perms, and men's haircuts too. It will now be called â"Country Roots Salon" off the north east corner of the La Harpe City Park or 103 South Center Street.

She welcomes everyone to stop by and welcome her to La Harpe.
