Meet your neighbor and Illini West Senior Savannah Jackson of La Harpe. Savannah was born on April 7, 1996 in Kansas. She is the daughter of Gary Jackson and Nikki Jackson. Gary and his wife Shana live in La Harpe, and he is retired from the United States Army. Nikki lives in Burlington, Iowa.
Savannah has a sister named Kennadee, 8 who lives in Burlington and a step sister, Kayla Dickson, 19 who lives in La Harpe . Savannah is the granddaughter of Roger and Marilyn Jackson of La Harpe, Terry and Danny Todd of Lomax and Ann and Mort Carrel of DeKalb, Illinois. .
Savannah has worked at County Market in Carthage since March. Savannah will graduate in the class of 2014 from Illini West High School. After graduation, Savannah plans to attend Southeastern Community College for two years and then transfer to get a degree in Special Education.
Savannah's favorite high school memory is when her best friend Brook Cook had her baby. Savannah is a cheerleader for both football and basketball. In her spare time, Savannah likes to hang out with her friends and spend time family.
