Meet your neighbor and Illini West Senior Taylor Hardy from Carthage.
Taylor is the daughter of Jim and Vicki Hardy. She was born in Macomb on August 8, 1994.
Jim farms and Vicki is the Superintendent for Carthage Elementary.
Taylor has an older sister, Brooke 32, who works at the Quincy Medical Group.
She also has one brother, Nathaniel, 30. Nathaniel and his wife, Tiffany have three children, Kaleb, Grant and Mia.
Taylor is the granddaughter of Leroy and Wanda Scheetz, Leonard and Beth Hardy and Keith and Audrey Hartweg.
While in high school Taylor has been involved with band, National Honor Society, cheerleading and FFA. Taylor's hobbies are riding horses, and competitive dancing.
Favorite high school memories of Taylors's are attending the WLC for FFA in Washington, D.C. with Kelli Adkisson and every year going to the National FFA Convention.
After high school, Taylor will be attending the University of Illinois in Champaign to major in Agriculture Communications. She has received a scholarship from the U of I of ACES for being a section officer in the FFA.
