The Village of Raritan trustees met in the meeting room of the Raritan Firehouse February 14, 2013 with trustees Sammy Blender, Anders, Magee, Powless, Rob Williamson, John Knapp and President Earl Waller answering roll call.
Trustee Blender opened with prayer.
On motion by trustee Magee, seconded by trustee Anders the minutes were approved as presented. Motion carried.
Bills presented were as follows: Phil Anders $105.00; Waste Management $948.60; Ameren IP $1089.00; Dennis Rankin $154.80; Dallas Rural Water $789.53; PDC $14.50; Julie, Inc. $34.97. A motion was made by trustee Blender, seconded by trustee Williamson to approve the above bills. Motion carried.
The president reported that as of February 8, 2013, the Village of Raritan had the Savage (Hensley) property deeded to the village.
A motion was made by trustee Blender, seconded by trustee Powless to purchase a walk in door for the pump house from Standard of Beaverdale. Motion carried.
A motion was made by trustee Magee, seconded by trustee Powless and unanimous approval of the board the meeting was adjourned to the next regular meeting night. Motion carried.
