Richard and Marcella Ketcham of La Harpe took the Quill along to Cape Cod and Plymouth, Massachusetts with Diamond Tours.
After arriving at Cape Cod, we toured with a guide, scenic Route 6A, Hyannis and Sandwich, including the JFK Museum and the Sandwich Glass Museum. We took a ferry to Martha's Vineyard.
A guide told us about different parts of Martha's Vineyard. At one point all of the United States was west of us.
One day we had a guided tour of Chatham and the Outer Cape to Provincetown.
On our way home we stopped at Plymouth Rock State Park. We saw the rock where the pilgrims landed in 1620. There was a replica of the Mayflower.
In Buffalo, New York we toured the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens.
