The regularly monthly meeting of the Board of Education of Illini West HSD #307 and a budget hearing were held on Wednesday, September 26, 2012.
The budget for FY 2013 was approved, as was a recommendation to lease one additional school bus to fill out the fleet.
Several overnight trip requests and fund raising requests were approved.
Deborah Wilhite was approved as volunteer coach for Scholastic Bowl for 2012-13 and Dawn Hellyer was approved as freshman class sponsor.
Early graduation was approved for the following students: Jordan Giberson, Chelsea Burget, Jacob Howd, and RJ Schwartz.

Laura Hughs was appointed as local election officer.
