Phyllis Harrell, Karen Davis, and Macy Rodeffer took the Quill to Baltimore, Maryland August 8, 2012. They visited Baltimore's inner Harbor, Fells point, John Hopkins, and toured Ft. McHenry, the birthplace of the Star Spangled Banner.
