Meet Your Neighbor, Brooke Teames of Carman, who recently graduated from West Central High School's Class of 2012.
Brooke was born on March 5, 1994 in Galesburg. Her mother is Linda (Mynatt) Markey. She is employed at American Eyecare in Burlington, Iowa where she is a Supervisor/Trainer.
Brooke has an older brother Tyler who is twenty and is currently serving in the United States Navy. He lives in Belle Chasse, Louisiana.
Brooke is employed at Tom's Market in Burlington, Iowa as a cashier. She is always friendly and greets customers with a smile. She has worked there for a year.
While at West Central High School Brooke was an active member of FBLA (Future Business Leaders Of America). She was also a basketball manager for Coach Charlie Carver her junior year.
One of Brooke's favorite vacation memories was at Mustang Island in Texas. She spent a week in a condo with her mother, brother Tyler, Aunt Patty, and her cousin Lauren!
Brooke's future plans include attending SCC for two years. After that she plans to attend Southern Illinois University Edwardsville to major in Nursing.
