Meet your neighbor, Chris Kreps. Chris and his wife Britta live in Blandinsville with their 6 children:

Grace (8), Gianna (6), Tobias (4), Joshua (3), Samuel (1 1Ú2 ) and Nicholas (4 weeks).

Their children all attend the St. Augustine Academy Homeschool.

Chris was born in 1974 and was raised in Blandinsville. He graduated from Northwestern High School graduating in the Class of 1993. He attended college at the University of Illinois and the Franciscan University of Steubenville, graduating in the class of 2005. He then attended Robert Morris University, graduating in 2009.

Chris is the son of Keith and Wendy Kreps of Blandinsville.

He retired from NTN Bower in Macomb and Wendy works for the West Prairie Schools.

Chris has two siblings. Brother Brian and his wife Mable live in Macomb and both work at Western Illinois University. They have two children, Payton, 9 and Camryn who is 6.

Brother Jake and his wife Amanda live in Blandinsville. Jake works for Hunt Farms and Amanda works for Nauvoo schools.

Chris is the grandson of Donald Kreps of Blandinsville.

Chris has worked for the First State Bank of Western Illinois for the last 7 months. His previous employment includes the St. Francis Newman Center at Western Illinois University.

Chris' hobbies include reading and playing with his children. One of his most memorable moments was meeting Pope John Paul II when he and Britta were on their honeymoon. Chris is a member of the Blandinsville Fire Department.
