ICM's President To Be Special Guest At BRR Annual Meeting Monday

ICM Inc. President and CEO David Vander Griend of Colwich, KS will be special guest speaker at the annual meeting of Big River Resources, LLC this Monday, February 27th. The meeting for investors will be at the Pzazz Conference Center in Burlington, Iowa with registration at 8:30 a.m. and meeting at 9:00 a.m..BBR plants are built by Faegan using ICM's top of the art technology, most efficient of the top three technologies for ethanol plants.

ICM, established in 1995, has grown to become the global leader in clean air technology developing an energy efficient utilization of corn to make ethanol.

Vander Griend will be talking about the aromatics and beneficial health effects ethanol has.

Big River Resources West Burlington, LLC is an ethanol plant in West Burlington, Iowa with production at 105 Million gallon. It started April 12, 2004 with 40 million and expanded in a doubling project in 2007. BRR LLC also has two grain facilities in Monmouth and grain collection facilities near Gerlaw, Aledo, and Edgington, and a second ethanol plant which was opened in 2009 in Galva, and brought controlling interest in a joint venture in a third plant in Dyersville, Iowa.

This past year, BBR bought a 4th plant in Boyceville, WI, a 57 million gallon ethanol plant.BBR now grinds over 132 million bushels of corn annually and utilize the entire corn production on over 600,000 acres providing value to several million acres of farmland.The BRR cooperative has 635 investors.

Also scheduled at the meeting are reports on Progress Management from General Manger Jim Leiting,President's Report from Ray Defenbaugh, Treasurers Report Les Allen, and Financial Report Jim Hall, Financial Director.Pat Edmond, Sec. of board will call the meeting to order, and at the end will be a time for questions from investors.
