Illini West Board Approves Land Purchase Agreement

The Illini West School Board approved a resolution to make a "real estate purchase" for new high school facilities at their regular meeting of the District #307 board.

The meeting was held on Wednesday, July 18, 2012.

The board also approved a $500 stipend for all full-time Certified (non administrative) and Non-Certified Staff.

The following positions were approved for 2012-13:

Eric Ferguson as Technology Director

Brent McKinney as High School Teacher

Steve Wood as Volunteer Football Coach

Brent McKinney as Assistant Girls Basketball Coach

Grant Suprenant as Head Girls Basketball Coach

Dana Hendricks as Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach

District Accountant and Administrative Assistant salary increases were approved.

A motion was approved for consideration and action on a Resolution providing for and requiring the submission of the proposition of issuing School Building Bonds to the voters of the School District at the general election to be held on November 6, 2012.

Several fundraising requests were also approved.
