La Harpe Firemen Teach Safety To LH Students during National Fire Prevention Week Oct. 9-15
La Harpe Firemen were at the school during National Fire Prevention Week Oct. 9-15, talking and demonstrating to students many lifesaving fire safety tips. As part of the activities, students went through the portable fire house, and later enjoyed holding the fire hose, feeling the pressure available to put out the large flames that fire can produce so rapidly.
