Sue and Ron Stone of La Harpe and Melvin and Jane Chandler of Oquawka took "The Quill" along last year in January to the "Fountain of the Sun Retirement Village" in Mesa, Arizonia as they enjoyed sight-seeing and the beautiful sunny weather of the warmer climate during winter time. The Fountain of the Sun is a gated 55 plus golf resort style active adult retirement community. It is at the base of the beautiful Superstition Mountains and features affordable living in condos or houses with numerous amenities including an 18-hole golf course.
