Meet Your Neighbor Crystal Brown who resides in Stronghurst.
She was born and raised in Mediapolis, Iowa.
In 2002 Crystal graduated from Mediapolis High School. She later earned her CNA degree from Southeastern Community College in Burlington, Iowa.
She is currently employed at Doran Insurance in Stronghurst, where she has been for two years and Applebees in Burlington, Iowa, where she has worked for five years.
Crystal is the proud mother of two children, Anna Mae, who is ten years old and Mikey, who is four years old.
Her significant other is Mike Schramm Jr. of Stronghurst.
Her parents are Tom Brown of Danville, Iowa and Becky Brown of West Burlington, Iowa.
She has one sister, Cortney, who also resides in West Burlington, Iowa.
She is a member of the First Baptist Church in Mediapolis, Iowa. She enjoys couponing and hanging out with her kids.
When asked about her hobbies she replied, "working, working, working". Then she chuckled and went on to say, "Gee, I guess I don't really have any to speak of, because I don't have time for them".
One of her favorite family traditions is attending the Festival of Trees every year at Christmas time.
