A motion by Raritan trustee Sammy Blender, seconded by trustee Richard Knapp to nominate Earl Waller as Raritan Village Board President was unanimously approved last month.
The motion was made in order to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Knapp effective December 1, 2011
