Ayerco Convenience Store in La Harpe has announced to its employees that it is closing as of Sunday, September 4th.
Customers have expressed that they hate to see another great business leave town.
Local residents Diana Irish and Debbie Detherage said they sent a petition to Ayerco with over 170 names on it, thanking them for all they have done for the La Harpe area over the years and asking them to reconsider the closing of the store.
