West Central School District Voters came to the polls Tuesday, April 5 and selected three new faces to make educational decisions for them and their children. Dr. Roberta A. Robbins of Oquawka received 597 votes and 17.12% out of the ten candidates who were running for the three positions. In a tight race for second, Amy John received 489 votes (14.02%), and Jodi Arnold received 488 votes (13.99%).
4th and 6th was Incumbents Bill Allaman (415-11.90%) and Mark Torrance (323-9.26%), who served since the consolidation and will continue to support West Central, they said and have enjoyed serving.
