City Reminds Of Friday Clean-Up

The La Harpe City Council met October 11, at 7:00 p.m. They reminded that this Friday, October 15th is La Harpe's Fall Clean-up, and Jackson Disposal will pick up computer hard drives and printers, but not t.v.'s, or computer monitors.

Trick or treat will be on Saturday, October 30th, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. in La Harpe.

The council approved:

• Inducement Resolution #2010-F; Ordinance # 2010-8 (An Ordinance Annexing Certain Real Estate to the City of La Harpe);
• Christmas Parade Resolution #2010-G;
• to donate $200 to the Girl Scouts/Haunted House;
• to purchase stickers from Jackson Disposal for the city to sell for the pick-up of paint cans, T.V.'s, and computer monitors.

The September minutes with corrections, paying of all bills and the treasurer's report were approved.

The meeting adjourned at 8:05 p.m. until the next regular meeting Oct. 25 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall.
