The Raritan Board President and trustees met in the meeting room of the Raritan Fire House October 14, with trustees Sammy Blender, Earl Waller, Magee and Anders answering roll call.
Trustee Sammy Blender opened with prayer.
The minutes were approved along with following bills:

Waste Management $877.20;
Jay Blender $500.00;
Dennis Rankin $154.50;
Dallas Rural Water $837.25;
Murphy's $90.00;
PDC $14.50;
Municipal Clerks $30,00;
Phil Anders $120.00;
Hend. County Health Dept. $50.00.
A motion was approved to give Henderson County Health Department $50.00.
The president reported that the Village Attorney about Jeremy Walters property being commercial or residential. The attorney will be getting back with trustees about the above matter.
Trustees set Trick or Treat night for October 31st from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
It was decided to set November 1, 2010, at 4:30 p.m. to put the flags up for Election Day and Veterans Day.
It was also decided to meet November 11, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. to check Christmas decorations.
The meeting was adjourned to the next regular meeting night
