The Hancock-Henderson Quill, Inc.
The 5th West Central High School Graduation for the class of 2010 will be held this Sunday, May 16th in the high school gymnasium. The high school is located at the junction of U.S. Highway 34 and Ill. Route 94.
At 2:00 p.m the Processional "Pomp and Circumstance", will be played by Mrs. Barb Gray and the Welcome and Meditation will be given by Mr. Shawn Whitaker, Faculty Representative and Justine Dillard, Student Council Representative.
The introduction of Board Members will be made by Mr. Philip Geiser, then Officers' Addresses will be given by Koleece Gaskill, Class President and Jesse Sams, Student Council Representative.
Board Academic Awards will be given by Mr. Ralph Grimm.
Board Recognition of Top Ten Graduating Seniors and Recognition of Student Service Achievement will be made by Mr. Philip Geiser.
After the announcement and awards of Salutatorian and Valedictorian, each will give their address.
The Senior Song "Hitch Your Dream to the Morning Star" will be performed by Jimmy Jacob, Jacob Louck, and Andrew Davis Schisler.
Presentation of the Class of 2010 will be made by the Superintendent Mr. Ralph Grimm and the presentation of diplomas will be made by members of the West Central School Board as the Roll Call is made by Mr. Philip Geiser.
Introduction of the Class Graduates (Tassel Turn) will be made by Luci Lox and Wade O'Neal, both Student Council Representatives.
The Recessional "Grand March" from Aida-Verdi will be played by Mrs. Barb Gray.
