The Golden Rule Club chose Roger Hughes of La Harpe as the 2010 Grand Marshal of the Christmas Parade. Roger retired in 2010 after 30 years with the City of LaHarpe maintenance departments and is well deserving of this years honor. Roger was accompanied by his wife Linda.
