Seldom do students (and fans) get to experience the thrill of a first-in-state championship win as they battle through a season of volleyball or basketball games, but they are always hopeful-It's their goal! But the 7th grade DC/LH v-ball girls knocked off their opponents Oakland Lake Crest, in a 3-game battle last night and saw their dreams come true! 25-27; 29-27; 27-25! Wow! what a thrill - Congratulations to team members, parents, and especially to the steady force of Coach Cindy Pollock and Lisa Trout, who also will be coaching the 8th in state on Saturday.
