Meet your neighbors Jason and Carrie Finch.
Carrie was born and raised in Woodstock and Jason in La Harpe. They Êmet at WIU at a fraternity/sorority party and got married on April 6, 1996.
Jason graduated from La Harpe High School in 1988 and Carrie from Woodstock High School in 1989.
They both attended WIU. Jason also attended Quincy University. They both have degrees and are both working on Master's degrees.
Both Jason and Carrie are teachers. Carrie teaches in the preschool at La Harpe and Jason at Illini West and coaches basketball at La Harpe.
They have two children Josie (12) and Madison (10). Both girls play traveling softball for the Burlington Mudd Dawgs. Jason and Carrie spend many weekends from August to October and February to June traveling to the tournaments.
Josie plays on a traveling basketball team, the Southeast Iowa Suns and she also loves to read and scrapbook.
Maddie plans to play for the Suns this winter. She also loves to go to the pool in the summer and do artwork.
Carrie enjoys gardening, reading, cooking, and attending her family's sporting events. She loves her job teaching at the preschool, which is very rewarding.
Jason enjoys fishing, hunting, being with his friends.
Jason and Carrie's greatest memories are getting married and their honeymoon to Cancun, Mexico and the birth of both of their daughters.
