Alfred Huston Honored
Alfred Huston of La Harpe, having faithfully served La Harpe Township government in the office of Township Clerk for fifty-two years, has recently retired from his position in the office.
Alfred was honored at a reception where he was gifted with a special plaque recognizing his service to the community, and where he was given the good wishes of many friends.
Those who have done business with Alfred said he will definitely be missed on the board, but they are thankful he will continue living in the community as a good neighbor and friend.
