Take "The Quill" Along

Norm Winick, Publisher of "The Zephyr" in Galesburg, took "The Quill" along to the historic inauguration of 44th U.S. President Barack Obama. In the background is the U.S. Capitol. Winick and his family braved the huge crowds and horrendous waits for the once-in-a-lifetime experience. He got their tickets by winning them in Congressman Phil Hare's lottery.
