Raritan Village Trustees Have

January Meeting

The trustees met in the meeting room of the Raritan Fire House January 6, 2009, with trustees Blender, Powless, Magee, Waller, Knapp and Anders answering roll call.

Trustee Blender opened with prayer. A motion by trustee Magee, second trustee Waller to approve the minutes as presented. Motion carried.

Bills presented were as follows:

Waste Management $782.00;

Dennis Rankin $179.00;

Phil Anders $101.31;

Gary Powless $80.00;

Carlyn Anders $55.00;

Bygones and Buds $49.00;

PDC Laboratories $14.50;

Ameren IP $510.73;

Dallas Rural Water $707.55.

A motion was approved made by trustee Powless, second by trustee Blender to pay the above bills.

It was reported that Doug Hensley was fined $300.00 in court. The court gave him until March 18, 2009 to clean up his property.

It was reported that all water bills were current.

A motion was approved by trustee Knapp, and seconded by trustee Waller to approve the annual audit prepared by Cavanaugh, Davies, Cramblet and Blackman.

The meeting was adjourned to the next regular meeting night in February.
