The Hancock-Henderson Quill, Inc.
Harry and Mae Dell Tate took "The Quill" along to Rio Rancho, NM to visit a long time friend that Harry worked with in the 70's and his wife. The main event they could not miss seeing was the 37th Ê"Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta" with over 600 balloons, including 84 special shapes. They were amazing.
One of the many sights that was visited was the Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe, NM where this picture was taken. This gothic chapel, built in 1878 by the Sisters of Loretto, houses the miraculous spiral staircases, built without nails, dowels or supports. No absolute consensus among engineers has ever been reached. Many say that it just cannot be explained.
Another stop that they enjoyed was to see their grandson, Jeremee Newberry and family.
When you go on a trip, take "The Quill" along and capture your picture with it and submit it to us. Let's see where all "The Quill" can travel.
