Dorothy Simpson of Stronghurst and her sister, Tava See of Scott City, KS took "The Quill Along" as they stand in front of the welcome sign in Ouray, CO during a trip in late September. Dorothy, Tava, and Dorothy's family, Jane Miller and Fran and David Work, toured several places in Ouray that held memories for the "Starr sisters" who lived there in the late 1930s and 1940s.
