And Ask Lawmakers To Support Hwy 34 4-Lane

We've been patient long enough, and now we have the opportunity to be heard in Springfield and in Washington D.C..

Legislatures react to those who are organized, serious, and have a plan that makes sense with one more key ingredient, :numbers.

34 Coalition has built a following, and 34Voices have inspired a 1,000 student body school at West Central, into action.

Their efforts and inspiration had also gained them a private meeting with Congressman Phil Hare in the Quad Cities, and after Monday's moving and very impressive Memorial Service, gained them another private meeting in Springfield, today, with Senator John Sullivan and Dr. Glenn Poshard, the Governor's top leader for improving the state's critical infrastructure including building roads

If we can join them and all work together with 34VOICES and the Highway 34 Coalition by signing a petition, E-mailing, phoning and writing our legislators, the Governor, we can help western Illinois be heard of our deep need to improve this dangerous stretch of highway.
