Meet your neighbors Aaron and Linda Baker of La Harpe.
Aaron was born in Macomb, and grew up in Good Hope; Linda was born in Winfield, and grew up in Wheaton.
Aaron graduated from Northwestern High School in Sciota and Linda graduated from Wheaton Warrenville South High School.
They met through a mutual friend when they were both attending WIU. They got married seven years ago on September 8, 2001 and moved to La Harpe five years ago.
Recently, they had a new addition to their family, their daughter, Leah Baker, who is now 5 1/2 months old.
Aaron works as a janitor at the La Harpe School and at the Post Office while Linda is taking care of their baby. She loves crafts and literature. Reading is one of her biggest hobbies as well as writing stories. She also enjoys doing cross-stitch.
Aaron's hobbies include arrowhead hunting as well as preaching in churches. He is also a big music fan.
