Family Rural Health Of La Harpe

Moving To New Main Street Location

Monica Crim A.P.N., Patrick Lynch M.D.and staff are very excited to announce they will be moving to their new location 501 East Main Street and will be open on November 3rd, 2008.

Monica graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO in 1989 and with a Master's of Science from University of Illinois- Chicago in 1997 as a Family Nurse Practitioner { which has been renamed Advance Practice Nurse}

Monica has always wanted to be a nurse since about grade school age, she also worked along with her grandfather, the late Dr. B.I. Mueller in the late 1980's. He was her greatest influence to continue her education and to provide primary care to the residents of La Harpe and surrounding areas.

Family Rural Health has been in the basement of the La Harpe Davier Health Care Center since the mid 1980's. This year brought an opportunity to purchase a newly remolded and updated building that will offer patients more privacy and an easier handicap accessible entry way, and won't be faced with the maintenance problems that come with an older building. Monica Crim A.P.N., Dr. Lynch and their staff members still offer all the same services as before.

Dr. Lynch will be leaving for his service in Afghanistan, during his absence Dr. Rachel Rhaman will be the attending M.D.

Family Rural Health will have their open house the weekend after Thanksgiving during the Christmas Parade when the other businesses have theirs.
