Meet your neighbor Deanna Huss, born in Ft. Madison, Iowa and raised in Dallas City, Illinois.
Deanna is the attendant Secretary for Illini West High School. She started out doing lunch and within a few weeks found herself taking attendance and working in the main office of IWHS.
Huss has three children, two of which attend IWHS.
She has lived in Dallas City for nearly her whole life. Only a few years were spent in Virginia Beach, VA.
Deanna grew up in town and anticipated visits to her grandparents farm not far away. Her frequent visits helped develop her love for animals and the outdoors. She also loves kids, music, sports, and football games.
A time that stands out in her life is the opportunity she had working at the University of Illinois Extension office in Stronghurst where she got very involved with the kids.
She graduated from Dallas City High School and has taken a few college courses.
She is extremely friendly and helpful at IWHS and in her daily life.
