Meet Your Neighbor Rick Steiner of Monmouth.
Rick is Vice-President of the First State Bank of Biggsville.
He was born in Watseka and raised in the Buckley-Loda area, north of Champaign.
Rick graduated from Buckley-Loda High School in 1969 and from Illinois State University, Normal, in 1975 with degrees in Biology and Chemistry.
He is married to Janet and they will celebrate their 33rd anniversary in July.
They have one son, Aaron (Gina) and they live in Crystal Lake. Aaron is a pilot for American Eagle and flies out of O'Hare and his wife, Janet, is in real estate.
They also have a daughter, Angela that resides in Monmouth.
His favorite pastime is spending time gardening.
