Jean Kelly, wife of Christian church minister Ron Kelly, in Stronghurst, her 5 sisters, and mother spent time in Elizabeth City N.C. together for her sister's college graduation. They went to the Outer Banks of Virginia Beach and they visited a light house but the weather did not cooperate most of the time. They really enjoyed the fresh shrimp.
