Meet Your Neighbor Wade O'Neal, born in Fort Madison, Iowa on November 9, 1991 and moved to rural Raritan, in Henderson County, when he was in the second grade.
He is the son of Rebecca O'Neal and the brother of Sally Jo O'Neal. In addition, he has one uncle, Ray O'Neal; one aunt, Connie Duselc; and three cousins, Kristie, Courtney and Chelsea Smith.
You may recognize him from the FS gas station in Stronghurst, where he is currently employed.
Wade is getting ready to enter his Junior year at West Central High School this fall.
He is very active in his school, belonging to a variety of clubs and organizations, including Band, Student Council, Spanish Club, Art Club, and' Drama Club.
Wade is also involved in Boy Scouts and Venture Scouts. Every year he spends one week at Camp Eastman (a Boy Scout Reservation Camp).
During that week he does various activities to earn merit badges and participates in the tribe at the Silver To Mohawk Honor Society.
When he's not working hard making pizza's or waiting on people at FS you might see him out and about doing some of his favorite activities.
In his spare time he enjoys listening to music, camping, walking in the outdoors, playing video games, watching movies, and being with family and friends.
Next time you are in Stronghurst, stop by FS and say hello to Wade, he is always so jolly and friendly and will put a smile on your face any day.
