The Hancock-Henderson Quill, Inc.
The Quill traveled with Marvin and Leslie Linder, of Carman and Dustin, Amanda and Rozella Liggett, of Biggsville and joined other family members on September 8th at Montrose Harbor in Chicago for an ALS Walk-4-Life (Lou Gehrig Disease). The team, "Lane's Walkin' Ducks", walked in honor of Leslie's cousin, Jeff Lane. All proceeds from the ALS Walk-4-Life benefit the Les Turner ALS Foundation, which supports medical research and patient and family service programs. This was the sixth year they have participated in the event which raised over $900,000.
