Lorraine Johnson of Raritan took the Quill along during a visit with her brother-in-law, Donald Johnson, in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He took her to a 700 acre peach and strawberry farm in Spartanburg County where they sampled peach cider and strawberry cider. They purchased peaches, peach cider, and homemade ice cream. The restaurant and ice cream shop featured more than twenty different favors of homemade ice cream.
