Meet your neighbor Tammy McKeown of Fountain Green. Tammy was born in La Harpe and graduated from La Harpe High School in 1976.
In February 1990, Tammy married her high school sweetheart, Rick McKeown. Tammy and Rick have 8 children, Justin Sickles, Randy Farmer and daughter-in-law, Crystal, Wade Farmer and daughter-in-law, Allie, Brandon Farmer and daughter-in-law, Abbie, Dakota, Landon, Kelly and Dallas McKeown.
They also have three grandsons, Gage, Branden and Brodie. In January of 2008, they will be expecting their first granddaughter from Randy and Crystal.
Tammy is very excited about having a granddaughter in her family. A trip is being planned for the special arrival.
Tammy and Rick were foster parents for eight years.
Besides keeping busy with her family and all their events, Tammy works at Ayerco in La Harpe and she is a Mary Kay Consultant.
In her spare time, Tammy enjoys making crafts and her most enjoyment is spending time with her family.
