Short Work Week During Holidays

With Holiday vacations around Christmas and New Year's, the work week may become non-existent for many. It has never been true at The Quill, however, where we print 52 issues a year. The holidays usually make us wonder when we will ever have time for shopping or get-togethers.

This year, with Christmas on Tuesday and New Year's Day on Tuesday, our busiest work day, we are left to print smaller newspapers, due to the short week. We will print them on Saturday in order to put them in the mail on Monday.

We will close our offices during the first week of January and are asking for copy to be mailed into both Quills at PO Box 149, Stronghurst, IL 61480 or emailed to quill@hcil.net. Our offices will be open for regular business on Monday, January 7th.
