Meet Your Neighbor Lynn Remick Foust. She has been the manager of the Schlotzahuer Home in Oquawka since April of 2005.
There are eight residents who reside at the Schlotzahuer Home. Lynn's mother helps her out along with some part time help.
Lynn was born in Chicago and raised in the Oquawka area.
She graduated from Union High School in 1976.
She and friend, Bernie Miller, live on the Keithsburg blacktop.
She has one daughter, Jennifer.
Her parents are Ruth Remick and the late Don Remick.
She has a twin sister, Lore Dickens (Stan) who live in Davenport, Iowa, and two other sisters, Karen Remick, and friend Bill, who live in the Rozetta area and Rhonda Olson (Paul) and sons Kenny and Paul Jr. who live in Oquawka. She also has one brother Rod Remick and friend, Jennifer of Oquawka.
She enjoys flower gardening, boating on the river, fishing, and partying with friends. Lynn especially likes serving the folks at the Schlotzahuer Home.
