Meet Your Neighbor Kelly Viall, a new staff member at West Central High School. She teaches one class of Biology and substitutes where ever she is needed. Kelly was born in Palos Heights and raised in Franklin Grove. In 2000 she graduated from Franklin Center High School and in 2005, from the University of Illinois. She also took classes at Sauk Valley Community College while in high school. She is married to Adam, who is employed at CNH (Case New Holland) as a engine hydralic tester in Burlington, Iowa. Her parents are Mark and Cindy Tilsy. They live in Lee County where her dad is a farmer and her mother is an RN in Morris. Kelly has two sisters, Julie (husband Kevin) Balder, and Emily, who is a library assistant. Her hobbies include reading historical non-fiction novels and especially World War II, scrapbooking, quilting, traveling, and the University of Illinois Fighting Illini football team. In 2004 she traveled to Canada on a fishing trip and in 2006 Kelly vacationed in London at the Kotwolds in England, a beautiful picturesque area that produces sheep. An unforgettable moment in Kelly's life was when Adam proposed to her in Paris, France. |
