Dr. Susan Keith and her husband, Roger, are founding members of The Father's House Church.

The Keith's attended the first meeting that was held in the Pastor's house. When the church met at the Holiday Inn at the Crossings, Dr. Howard, Dempsey Howard, and Dr. Keith conducted the first praise and worship.

In October of 1996 Susan was appointed the treasurer of the church. Each Sunday since she and Barbara Hogan have been responsible for counting the money and preparing the reports.

The first three years following high school she attended Illinois College, Illinois State and Western Illinois University.

Dr. Keith was licensed in 1997, and ordained in 2000. She attended the Bible College at The Lord's Chapel, and continued her education at The Father's House until she earned her Doctor of Ministry degree.

She has just recently completed her counseling temperament certification, is now licensed as a forensic counselor with a focus on domestic violence, and conducts counseling sessions in her home office. Until recently she served as a Magistrate for Smyrna, TN, and many referrals are sent to her from the courts.

Dr. Keith has advanced herself as a woman, minister, counselor and tremendous part of the Church. Dr. Keith often fills in for Pastor Bobby when he is away. If that isn't enough to keep her busy, she also frequently joins the Praise and Worship team signing wonderful harmonies.

Dr. Keith and her husband reside in Smyrna, TN. She is the daughter of Bill and Alberta Knobbs of La Harpe.
