Meet your neighbors Darrin and Michelle Olin. Darrin was born and raised in Knoxville and Michelle was born in San Diego, CA.
Both of them attended Knoxville High School and Carl Sandburg College. Before they moved to La Harpe they lived in Macomb eight years. They decided to move to La Harpe for the smaller school atmosphere. Their two kids are Ashley, who is a freshman at La Harpe High School, and Paige, who is a third grader.
Darrin has been working at the Goodyear Industrial Hose Plant in Mt. Pleasant, IA for seven years. Michelle works as a Marketing Consultant for Heap Ag Service in Stronghurst. She has also been a partner in the F.A.R.M. crop insurance agency for seven years.
The Olin's have been members of the Union Church for eleven years. Michelle enjoys leading Awana at the Union Church, scrapbooking, and running the girls to dance class in Burlington, IA.
Darrin competes in bass tournament fishing, and loves to hunt ducks, turkey, and deer.
They have enjoyed traveling to Florida and California for vacations. They both enjoy living in La Harpe.
