New Year, New Resolutions

Have your resolutions changed over the years?

It is hard not to set a few goals for ourselves following a month when we typically let things get out of hand - like watching our sweets or cholesterol. And what about that promise to walk every day.

Was the weather too risky to walk last winter.

In our area, we can not use that excuse for the weather has been pretty mild for December. In fact, my grandson found a dandelion in his yard Sunday. My 1st resolution is just to keep taking my vitamins. While everyone else has been sick, I am still without cough, a cold, sinus infection, the flu, dizzy spells, and Laryngitis that have been all around me. Maybe if we keep resolutions simple, we'll keep them all through the year.
