Kelli Titus, born in Burlington, Iowa, lives in rural Biggsville and is a Junior at West Central High School. Kelli is an active member in FFA and plans on being an Ag teacher.
She will attend Southeastern Community College in West Burlington, Iowa and attend Western Illinois University. She is the daughter of Devin and Jeanie Titus and one brother Kevin, a West Central 5th grader.
Kelli raises sheep, is active in FFA, 4-H, Biggsville-Gladstone Methodist Youth Group, and works part time at Cole's Photography.
Kelli said her family lived in Burlington until she was six when they moved in the country in Henderson County which she loves.
She looks forward to the Henderson County 4-H Fair and she enjoys bowling, and is a member of the West Central bowllng league.
